For more than 18 years, I've had the privilege of photographing families, seniors, and children, creating images that become treasured memories for years to come. What started as photographing family and friends has grown into Christie D Photography, and I still feel incredibly grateful every time someone trusts me to capture their story.

 

I believe the best photographs happen when people are relaxed, laughing, and simply enjoying time together. That's why my sessions are fun, easygoing, and never stiff or awkward. Whether I'm photographing a high school senior, a family with energetic little ones, or someone who swears they aren't photogenic, my goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to be yourself.

One of my favorite compliments from clients is hearing, "That was actually fun!" Even the most camera shy dads, reluctant husbands, and skeptical teenagers usually leave surprised at how easy the experience was. Parents also often tell me that I "work magic" with children, helping even the shy, energetic, or reluctant little ones relax, laugh, and genuinely enjoy having their pictures taken. My goal is for you to walk away with beautiful images and great memories from the experience itself.

 

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and family, spoiling my two granddaughters and grandson, traveling, exploring the mountains, working out, or baking sourdough bread for my little bakery business.
